2. Trademarks and intellectual property

Purella™, Atmos™, Hydrosphere™ and Terra™, and the Purella logo, are trademarks of Harbour & Creek LLP.

All content on this Website belongs to Harbour & Creek LLP or is used under licence. This includes text, product names, images, renders, videos, graphics, designs and layout. It is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may view and share links to this Website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use any content, logo or trademark for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Information on this Website

The content on this Website is provided for general information about Purella products.

  • Images. Product images, renders and lifestyle visuals are representative and for illustration. The actual product may differ slightly.
  • Performance figures. Figures such as heating time, cooling time, ice output, filtration, room coverage, battery and charging time are based on standard test conditions. Actual results may vary with water quality, room conditions, temperature, voltage and usage.
  • Prices and offers. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The launch offer (15% off the full product price, one extra year of warranty on top of the standard 1 year, and early access to upcoming Purella products) applies only to pre-bookings placed from 1 October through 29 November 2026 (IST).
  • Dispatch estimates. Estimated dispatch is February–March 2027, subject to confirmation. We confirm your dispatch window before we ask for any balance.
  • Updates. We work to keep information accurate and current. Specifications, pricing and availability may be updated from time to time.

Your pre-booking or purchase is governed by our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, which take precedence over any general Website content. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Beware of fraud and impersonation

Purella takes bookings only through www.ilovepurella.com and its secure checkout.

Purella will never:

  • ask for your OTP, card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password;
  • ask you to pay a booking amount or balance by personal UPI ID, bank transfer to an individual, QR code sent on WhatsApp, or gift card;
  • sell Purella products through unofficial Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts, or third-party marketplaces, unless announced on this Website.

Our only official contact channels are hello@ilovepurella.com and +91 93132 99206.

If someone claiming to be Purella contacts you through any other channel, or asks for payment outside our Website, do not pay. Report it to us immediately. You can also report cyber fraud to the National Cyber Crime Helpline at 1930 or at www.cybercrime.gov.in.

Harbour & Creek LLP is not responsible for payments made to anyone other than through the official checkout on this Website.

5. Third-party links and services

This Website may link to or use third-party services, such as Shopify, Razorpay and other payment providers, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Reporting misuse or infringement

If you believe any content on this Website infringes your rights, please write to our Grievance Officer. The same applies if you find a website, page or account misusing the Purella name or trademarks.
