Dispatch, payment & refunds
February–March 2027 is an estimate. We will confirm your window before requesting payment and notify you of changes. Courier transit time is additional.
When and how you pay the balance
We send payment instructions by email, SMS or WhatsApp after confirming your dispatch window. You choose whether to pay; no balance is charged automatically. Delivery follows within 1–2 weeks of payment.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund of everything paid. Email hello@ilovepurella.com with your order number and booking email or phone number. No cancellation fee. Refunds go to your original payment method; processing begins within 2 business days, and funds usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
