Register your Purella on our website using "Register Your Purella" in the footer. Your warranty runs from your delivery date: 1 year as standard, or 2 years for early pre-bookings placed from 1 October to 29 November 2026. If you ever need help, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@ilovepurella.com.
Yes. Replacement filters for Atmos and Hydrosphere cost less than comparable filters from other brands, and we will always keep them available, so your Purella keeps working at its best for years.
No. Hydrosphere needs no installation, so there is no technician visit to arrange.
